Hattie Layout 3 & 4

I made this for the MME challenge, but I was a little late to enter. I was a little broken, but seeing I love the page I will just try again next challenge.

I think I will change the writing on it so it isn't black though. I can think of so many other colours, but I was feeling a little lazy and didn't want to cuttlebug it.

This page I wasn't so sure of, but it worked out great (for me). I never seem to have much luck with dominant yellow pages, but this just seemed to work for me. Maybe because I love this photo and the temper tantrum behind it. Rhys decided to suck on one of my leaking pens after I specifically told not to. When I asked him if he sucked on it, he started having outburst swearing that he never did it. Even after I showed him the photos he said he never did it, and needed more proof that he did.

Just Fooling Around

This page was so much fun to create, I love the colours and it suited the photo my son took of him and his brother. It is another MME page, for some reason their paper has my creative juices flowing at the moment.

Here is another layout I have done in the MME Hattie Collection. It is definitely a favorite at the moment.

I just love this photo, it was taken the day I brought my second child home from the hospital. Rhys my oldest was so happy he wanted photos straight away.

Hattie Layout #1

I plan on doing a lot of layouts in this paper. This just can together so easy, and another is on it's way at the moment. I do love MME paper, it has such nice texture and thickness to it. It just a shame that all paper doesn't come in this quality.

WooHoo Finally Finished

I left his page dormant for a long time (over a year), for some reason I just couldn't figure out how I wanted to finish it. It finally happened, I had the ducks and lettering custom made through fern laser designs.

Working with Cambridge

I seem to be on a roll lately, but I am starting to feel the urge to take a large break (for like a week). This paper I thought would be fantastic, but I struggled to come up with something I actually liked. I am sure I can get another page out of it, I think I will just leave it for a little bit until I see a photo that screams Cambridge.

This photo was taken by my son, who was very suborn in taking it on his own.

Sketchy Thursday's Challenge

Here is another entry for the Sketchy Thursdays March Challenge. I really like the sketch so I thought I would do another from it. This was taken when my son woke up with an tooth abscess. His whole face seemed to swell up. I took these to show his dad what had happened.

My Learning Curve

I had this finished last week, but I had to get the photo to go with it. Well not so much get, but scan and print the original. This is a nice simple layout that I enjoyed putting together. The apple in the left hand top corner was handmade from the papers in the collection.

I didn't think I would scrap the school photo's, but when I saw this range it was an instant mind changer. I am actually looking forward to this years photo's.

This collection is yummy, with so much potential and my paper arrived yesterday. I feel the need to create, but after I finish my current work in progress.

Water Baby

There is just something about Pink Paislee's "Queen Bee"Collection that just makes me keep going back to it. This is a simple layout, but I am happy with how it turned out. Like a few of my pages the journalling to this page is on the rear, I just didn't want to add it (yet).

You never know I may feel the need to add something. Suggestions are welcome.
