WooHoo Finally Finished

I left his page dormant for a long time (over a year), for some reason I just couldn't figure out how I wanted to finish it. It finally happened, I had the ducks and lettering custom made through fern laser designs.

Working with Cambridge

I seem to be on a roll lately, but I am starting to feel the urge to take a large break (for like a week). This paper I thought would be fantastic, but I struggled to come up with something I actually liked. I am sure I can get another page out of it, I think I will just leave it for a little bit until I see a photo that screams Cambridge.

This photo was taken by my son, who was very suborn in taking it on his own.

Sketchy Thursday's Challenge

Here is another entry for the Sketchy Thursdays March Challenge. I really like the sketch so I thought I would do another from it. This was taken when my son woke up with an tooth abscess. His whole face seemed to swell up. I took these to show his dad what had happened.

My Learning Curve

I had this finished last week, but I had to get the photo to go with it. Well not so much get, but scan and print the original. This is a nice simple layout that I enjoyed putting together. The apple in the left hand top corner was handmade from the papers in the collection.

I didn't think I would scrap the school photo's, but when I saw this range it was an instant mind changer. I am actually looking forward to this years photo's.

MME Hattie

Water Baby

There is just something about Pink Paislee's "Queen Bee"Collection that just makes me keep going back to it. This is a simple layout, but I am happy with how it turned out. Like a few of my pages the journalling to this page is on the rear, I just didn't want to add it (yet).

You never know I may feel the need to add something. Suggestions are welcome.

Little Chicken

Another layout done with the BG Oliver Collection. I still think I cn do a few more before I retire this collection and move onto something different. I have started another growth chart for my oldest son, it is made from the BG Wander Collection (his choice).

With this layout I added a little paint around the center paper, just to add a little red break on the background.

Oliver Growth Chart

I got this pattern from Laura Denison and just had to make it for my son, It is made from the BG - Oliver Collection. It took me about 12 hours from start to finish and I found it so much fun to create and decorate.

I still need to make one more for my oldest son.

I willl try and get a photo of it hanging, but it is rather long and may not be very visual.

Oliver Oh Oliver

I have fallen for the BG Oliver Collection, I saw it awhile ago and thought nothing of it, but over time I have come to see so much potential with this range. I have done two projects so far, and my head is spinning with so many more.

It's a shame I don't have girls, I love the Olivia Collection as well.

Butterfly Mini - Almost Done

Well Deni this is what I have done so far. It still needs the feelers and a few more embelishments, but other than that it is done. I am planning on putting my parents wedding photo's in it.

I think it came out more like a moth than a butterfly but I am sooo happy with the results so far.
